The high school football season continued this past weekend, where Texas Tech commits and some top remaining targets for 2025 were in action. Here is a look at how each recruit performed.
2025 commits
Gentry made 6 receptions for 84 yards and 3 touchdowns in Stephenville's 59-21 win over Everman. He also added 1 rushing yard and 1 rushing touchdown.
Anderson's stats were not readily available in WF Legacy's 34-7 loss to Tascosa.
Jones totaled 200 passing yards, 44 rushing yards and 5 total touchdowns in Hitchcock’s 71-48 win vs Hamshire-Fannett.
Stone made 7 receptions for 163 yards and 4 touchdowns in Frenship’s 66-42 win vs Memorial.
Golwas helped lead Flower Mound Marcus to a 47-35 win over Arlington.
Henderson III carried 5 times for 75 yards in Wylie East’s 38-8 win over McKinney Boyd. He also added 1 reception for 3 yards and 18 punt return yards. Defensively, he made 1 tackle.
Harrison helped lead Mineral Wells to a 36-6 win over Iowa Park.
Singleton and his Loreauville team lost 14-7 to Erath in their season opener.
Sparks completed 14/23 passes for 206 yards and 3 passing touchdowns in Gladewater Sabine’s 42-7 win over Harmony. He added 12 carries for 60 rushing yards and 1 rushing touchdown while chipping in 4 tackles defensively.
Jackson was credited with 12 tackles and 1 pass defended in Ridge Point’s 49-41 loss to Fulshear.
Jones made 3 receptions for 19 yards in Lone Star’s 63-10 win at Garland.
Lindsay and his Ada team lost 42-18 to Ardmore.
McMath and his Katy team lost 41-24 to Atascocita.
Maley helped lead Papillion-LaVista to a 34-7 win over Lincoln North Star.
Gillen and his Rapid City Stevens team lost 41-7 to Brandon Valley.
Brown helped lead Stanton to a 56-6 win over Wausa/Osmond.
Dever made 5 catches for 76 yards and 1 receiving touchdown in Lubbock-Cooper’s 45-17 win over Coronado.
McDonald and his Lancaster team lost 37-27 at Aledo.
2025 targets
McGuire helped lead Midlothian to a 59-33 win over Ennis.
Trinity Valley C.C. was on a bye week.
2026 commits
Ejiawoko helped lead East View to a 51-0 win vs Burnet.
