There are a number of historic road wins that have their place reserved for all time in the annals of Texas Tech sports lore.

One of the biggest in school history for basketball undoubtedly came on February 13th, 2007, as Bob Knight's Red Raiders made a trip down to College Station to take on the sixth ranked Aggies.

A&M had won 21 straight home games at the time, their only loss of the Big 12 season coming against Tech in Lubbock back in January.

Down 38-31 going into the locker room at the half, Tech whittled away at the Aggie lead in the second period, taking their first lead of the game off a Decensae White three pointer to make it 57-55 Red Raiders with 9:24 left in the contest.

Down 75-72 in the waning moments, Acie Law hit a three pointer for A&M to tie the ball game up at 75 all, leaving only six seconds on the clock to come up with a final shot answer to avoid overtime.

Curiously, Coach Knight decided not to call a timeout, instead allowing things to play out.

The decision paid off, as Jarrius Jackson hit a jumper from the left elbow at the buzzer, pump faking and throwing up the shot in the final second to topple the top 10 Aggies in College Station.

Jackson finished with an impressive 31 points and a signature moment in Tech sports history.
