Texas Tech targets

Kaleb Burns. 2025 inside linebacker, Houston, Texas. (Cypress Falls HS). Not ranked by Rivals.

Houston (Cypress Falls) inside linebacker Kaleb Burns picked up an offer from Texas Tech on October 11. The offer was his second overall and first from a Power Five program. His first offer was from UNLV. On the season, he has 42 tackles with 11 for a loss, four sacks, and two quarterback hurries for the Eagles (4-2). They will next visit the Cypress Woods Wildcats (4-2) on Saturday night.

Rahim Hutchins Jr. 2025 wide receiver, Pearland, Texas. (Shadow Creek HS). Not ranked by Rivals.

The Texas Tech Red Raiders offered Pearland (Shadow Creek) WR Rahim Hutchins Jr. on October 12. The offer was his second, as he hold one from Grambling State. This season, he has six receptions for 169 yards and two touchdowns for the Sharks (5-1). They will next host the Alvin Yellowjackets (2-4).

Ryley Kester. 2026 offensive tackle, Sand Springs, Oklahoma. (Charles Page HS). Not ranked by Rivals.

The Texas Tech Red Raiders offered Sand Springs (Oklahoma) offensive tackle Ryley Kester in April. The offer was his second, and he now sits at five. Those include Georgia Tech, Houston, Tulsa, and UNLV. Kester is among the many recruits expected to be in the 806 for the Kansas State game.

Lionel Prudhomme Jr. 2025 offensive guard, Shreveport, Louisiana. (Captain Shreve HS). Not ranked by Rivals.

Shreveport (Captain Sheve) offensive guard Lionel Prudhomme Jr. picked up an offer from Texas Tech on Thursday. He has offers from Grambling State, Lamar, Mississippi State, Sam Houston State, and Southern University. Prudhomme Jr. will be at LSU this weekend.

CJ Simon. 2025 wide receiver, Moore, Oklahoma. (Moore HS). 5-6, three-star, and #10 WR in OK.

The Texas Tech Red Raiders were the first program to offer Moore (Oklahoma) wide receiver CJ Simon in June 2022. Simon is now up to five offers, which include Kansas, Nebraska, Oklahoma State, and Tulsa. He has 32 receptions for 506 yards, seven touchdowns, and 123 rushing yards on 20 carries on the season for the Lions (4-2).

Zane Rowe. 2027 tight end, Denton, Texas. (Guyer HS). Not ranked by Rivals.

Denton Guyer tight end Zane Rowe picked up an offer from the Red Raiders in May. He is now up to eight offers, including Arkansas, Georgia, Nebraska, SMU, Texas A&M, Texas State, and Washington State. Rowe is only a freshman and already has close to double-digit offers. He is only going to receive more, and his recruitment will be one to monitor and keep an eye on.
