1. OL - Ofa Mohetau - Euless Trinity
Comment: Still rated as the top player in the state. Of the top three players in the state, he is the most dominant of the bunch on the field.
2. TE - Tony Hills Jr. - Alief Elsik
Comment: Every coach that has seen Hills up close is just in love with his talent and raw ability. His upside is as high as anyone, anywhere.
3. OL -Jorrie Adams - Jasper
Comment: There are some people that actually rate Adams a little higher than Mohetau. I'm still leaning to Mohetau, but that might change later in the year.
4. DE - Jarvis Moss - Denton Ryan
Comment: Franchise defensive ends don't grow on trees and Moss leads this year's stellar class in-state.
5. DE - Justin Warren - Tyler Lee
Comment: Warren closes to the ball as well as anyone I've seen in the nation this year. He might be a more complete player than Moss at this stage of their developments.
6. DB - Michael Griffin - Austin Bowie
Comment: This kid has only started to scratch the surface of his potential. He has NFL potential on the defensive side of the ball.
7. DE - Tim Crowder - John Tyler
Comment: This year's class of defensive ends is simply amazing.
8. DB - Tony Cade - Lewisville
Comment: His physical tools and aggression on the field make him a real difference maker at safety. The only question mark are his coverage skills.
9. DT - Xavier Lawson-Kennedy - Duncanville
Comment: Kennedy is the only defensive tackle prospect in the state that I've seen that rates with the best from last year's great class in-state.
10. DB - Tarell Brown - North Mesquite
Comment: Perhaps no player in the state watched his stock soar more in the month of May.
11. OL - Ian Cunningham - Lewisville Hebron
Comment: Isn't talked about nearly as much as some of his peers, but he's a potential franchise tackle.
12. LB - Demarrio Pleasant - Lewisville
Comment: The state's top linebacker prospect can pick and chose from almost every major school in the country.
13. DE - Alonzo Dotson - Alief Hastings
Comment: This star defensive end prospect has serious NFL bloodlines and could one day be a third-generation pro.
14. DE - Bruce Davis - Houston Clear Lake
Comment: Davis' stock continues to soar into the stratosphere, with some schools ranking him at the top of their defensive end list.
15. RB - Erick Hardeman - Pflugerville
Comment: State's top back has caught the attention of almost every big-time school that recruits the state of Texas.
16. WR - Tyrell Gatewood - Tyler Chapel Hill
Comment: It's a toss-up between Gatewood and Limas Sweed as the state's top receiver, but I'll give a slight edge to the East Texas star for right now.
17. DE - Tim Washington - SL Dulles
Comment: Does the wealth of defensive line talent ever end? Yet another prospect at this position that has Top 10 ability.
18. WR - Limas Sweed - Brenham
Comment: With his size and ability, Sweed's a future playmaker at the college level.
19. Ath - Billy Pittman - Cameron
Comment: Pittman is a star on both sides of the ball, but most college coaches think he has star power as a future college coverman.
20. LB - Lamar Mitchell - Dayton
Comment: A great physical specimen, who could play on either side of the ball in college.
21. DB - Erick Jackson - Duncanville
Comment: Jackson's stock has really taken off in the past month because of his man-to-man cover abilities.
22. DE - Jason Jack - Humble
Comment: Along with Tim Washington, Jack might be the most physically imposing of this year's DE crop.
23. DB - Cory Campbell - Houston Westbury
Comment: The star safety prospect makes a Top 25 debut (an admitted glaring omission) in the state rankings.
24. Ath - Robert Johnson - Waco
Comment: Ultimately, Johnson will have to decide if he wants to be a quarterback or wide receiver. Regardless, he's one of the best prospects in the state.
25. OL - Dallas Griffin - Katy Taylor
Comment: The state's top center prospect, Griffin possesses a terrific package of strength, athleticism and skill.
26. Ath - Steve Richardson - Garland
Comment: A great two-way player, who makes plays at all times when he's on the field.
27. Ath - Michael Turner - Fort Worth Dunbar
Comment: Turner's speed and big-play potential is being coveted across the country.
28. TE - Joey Thomas - Austin Westlake
Comment: Thomas is one of my favorite players in the state and he's going to be a difference maker in a few years at the next level.
29. OL - Corey Clark - Smithson Valley
Comment: Surprisingly his list of offers is small, but that will change.
30. QB - James Battle - Denton Ryan
Comment: A great prospect whose best asset might his proven ability to win games.
31. OL - Cody Wallace - Cuero
Comment: Outside of Jamie Hightower, this might be A&M's best OL commitment in years.
32. DE - Lionel Dotson - Pasadena Dobie
Comment: An amazing athlete that could end up rated ahead of his more publicized peers when it's all said and done.
33. LB - Robert Killibrew - Klein Oak
Comment: Might be the best athlete among the linebackers in the state this year.
34. LB - WR - Rashad Turner - Marshall
Comment: Turner rates just a fraction below Gatewood and Sweed as the state's best receiver prospect.
35. DT - Steve Coleman - Dallas Skyline
Comment: Coleman's offer list is very impressive and many think he's just as good as XLK.
36. LB - Darius Ingram - Tenaha
Comment: Could be the state's best small school prospect and is climbing the overall rankings very quickly.
37. Ath - Calvin Roberts - Port Arthur Memorial
Comment: The definition of the word "athlete", Roberts is a handful with the ball in his hands, but his future might be at defensive back.
38. QB/Ath - Eric Foreman - Camden Corrigan
Comment: Foreman's a great football player, but the word on the street is that he's a big-time MLB prospect.
39. DB - Ashton Youboty - Klein Oak
Comment: A very active player who has the athleticism to cover a lot of ground.
40. QB - Devin Williams - Arlington Sam Houston
Comment: A great athlete that is being recruited by a lot of national powers because of his raw ability.
41. QB - Drew Tate - Baytown Lee
Comment: Doesn't have a great arm or height, but he does have a lot of moxie.
42. OL - Dustin Moore - Brenham
Comment: It will be interesting to see how high his stock might jump with a great senior season.
43. WR - Bennie Swain - Houston Madison
Comment: Possibly the state's best deep threat at wide receiver.
44. RB - Ronald Simmons - A. Maceo Smith
Comment: Reminds me a lot of SMU sophomore running back Shanderric Charles.
45. QB - Matt Flynn - Tyler Lee
Comment: Tons of offers, but there are some schools think he might eventually become a tight end at the next level.
46. Ath - Tommy Devereaux - Duncanville
Comment: A dynamic talent that could play on either side of the ball in college. Fellow D'Ville teammates Jackson and Lawson-Kennedy rave about him.
47. DE/LB - Ta Ta Thompson - Garland
Comment: Some will be surprised with his current position, but he has a chance to go up with a great senior season.
48. RB - Marcus Cross - Houston Worthing
Comment: A newcomer to the Top 100 list, Cross has emerged as one of the state's top running backs.
49. CB - Willie Hodge - Houston Forest Brook
Comment: Hodge might have the most pure speed of any recruit in the state.
50. WR - Brandon Clark - El Paso Coronado
Comment: The El Paso area's best recruit since Rufus Brown.
51. RB - Richuel Massey - Hillsboro
Comment: Offers are starting to pour in for the high school Superman.
52. RB - Brenton Bolden - Houston Clear Creek
Comment: Bolden's a threat to take it to the house on every play.
53. DT - Tate Pittman - Odessa Permian
Comment: This Permian standout is as strong as an ox and could make a move in the rankings if he fully recovers from an ACL injury that sidelined him for most of his junior season.
54. OL - Will Oliver - Lindale
Comment: Ranks right up there with Dallas Griffin as one of the state's top center prospects.
55. Ath - Marcus Johnson - Abilene
Comment: The ultra-athletic Johnson is one of the prospects in West Texas this year.
56. DL - Brad Girtman - Houston Memorial
Comment: The 6-6, 300-pound Girtman might be the top sleeper in the Greater Houston area.
57. DB - Brandon Foster - Arlington Bowie
Comment: A sleeper no more - this speedster has emerged in recent weeks as one of the state's up-and-coming cornerbacks.
58. DB - Eric Mayes - Humble
Comment: Still one of the top defenders in East Texas.
59. DE - Chris Harrington - Houston St. Pius
Comment: One of the top private school players in the Lone Star State.
60. TE - Steve Hogan - Houston Strake Jesuit
Comment: If you look up the word upside in the Recruiting Dictionary, it might have Hogan's picture next to it.

Comment: Not sure why he isn't being run over with offers, but he certainly doesn't lack the talent to be a blue chipper.

Comment: Wants to play quarterback, but a lot of colleges have him penciled as a future tight end.
63. RB - James Johnson - Port Arthur Memorial
Comment: How scary will be to see Johnson and Calvin Roberts in the same backfield this season?
64. QB - Ricky Joe Meeks - Mount Vernon
Comment: This is my sleeper choice to emerge as the state's top quarterback prospect when February arrives.
65. DT - Thomas Marshall - Dallas Bishop Dunne
Comment: In a few years, he could prove to be one of the top products of this year's class.
66. LB - Jeremy Castillo - Corsicana
Comment: Keep an eye on this kid because he wasn't an All-Metroplex selection for nothing.
67. OL - Kyle Thornton - Dallas St. Mark's
Comment: Unlike his brother Kalen, this Thornton could follow dad's footsteps into the Big 10.

Comment: Not nearly the receiver that Thomas and Hogan are, but he's probably a more complete tight end at this point than both.

Comment: A terrific talent, who is seeing a lot of attention come his way since his de-commitment from A&M.
73. QB - Phillip Daughtery - Bridgeport
Comment: Recently offered by Texas Tech, Daughtery's numbers are even better than Kliff Kingsbury's.
74. DL/OL - Red Bryant - Jasper
Comment: Big man is a road block in the interior of the Jasper defensive line.
75. OL - Chris Yoder - Kingwood
Comment: One of the state's most aggressive linemen - LSU got themselves a good one.
76. WR - Marcus Brook - Lindale
Comment: Big playmaker that is a threat to go deep on every play.
77. CB - Ricky McKinley - Austin Reagan
Comment: Keep an eye on McKinley because some coaches I've spoken with say he's as good as any DB in the state.
78. Ath - Champ Davis - Plano West
Comment: Everyone talks about him being a wide receiver prospect, but he might just end up at linebacker.
79. TE - David Weems - Conroe Oak Ridge
Comment: Colleges love his size and the tenacity that he brings to the field.
80. CB - Alfred Mike - Houston Madison
Comment: Yet another talented player from the Madison pipeline of blue chippers.
81. LB - Scott Derry - Pearland
Comment: As one of the best inside linebackers in the state, Derry makes his return to the top 100 list.
82. QB - Kris Heavner - Johnson City
Comment: Heavner has proved in recent months to have one of the best arms in the state.
83. RB - Titus Brothers - Converse Judson
Comment: A top-notch college back, Brothers projects to the defensive side of the ball in college.
84. WR - Darrell Kitchen - Galveston Ball
Comment: At 6-4, 185 pounds, Kitchen has one of the best size/speed packages of any wide receiver in the state.
85. Avery Cleveland - Austin LBJ
Comment: Another one of my Austin area boy's, Cleveland runs to the ball as well as any linebacker in the state.
86. OL - Beau Tuft - Houston Westside
Comment: One of the top sleepers in the state on the offensive line.
87. LB - David Nixon - A&M Consolidated
Comment: THis linebacker from B/CS already has a number of nice offers.
88. LB - Victor DeGrate - DeSoto
Comment: A great looking athlete, DeGrate needs a great senior year to send his stock through the roof.
89. OL - Zane Tomlin - San Antonio Clark
Comment: In a down year in San Antonio, Clark rates as possibly the city's best prospect.
90. DE - Robert Graves - Dallas Lincoln
Comment: Not much has been said of Graves in recent months, but he can rush the passer as well as almost anyone.
91. Ath - Devin Johnson - Amarillo Riverside
Comment: Johnson possesses a great combination of size, speed and athleticism.
92. TE - Omar McKenzie - FB Dulles
Comment: The 6-4, 240-pound McKenzie is a fantastic blocker and was one of the best looking tight ends I've seen on film this year.
93. OL - Robert Felton - Houston Cy Creek
Comment: This big lineman is making big waves in the Houston area.
94. DB - Bryan Davenport - Carrollton Turner
Comment: The best of several very good prospects at Turner this season.
95. Ath - Syndric Steptoe - Bryan
Comment: A small, but dangerous athlete that should be a special teams wizard in college.

Comment: The younger brother of former Nebraska standout Keyou Craver.
