It's official visit season, and the Texas Tech coaches hosted three priority prospects for mid-week officials.

One of the trio of recruits to make it in was Pflugerville (TX) Weiss defensive back Jason Stokes Jr. This was the first official visit for Stokes Jr, who has three more to go in June before he plans on making his commitment.

Stokes Jr's recruitment to Texas Tech is led by secondary coach Marcel Yates and head coach Joey McGuire. Not to be discounted is the fact that Texas Tech has two former Weiss Wolves on the roster in Price Morgan and Peyton Morgan.

Following the trip RedRaiderSports spoke with Stokes Jr to recap his time in Lubbock, find out where the Red Raiders fit in his recruitment and more.
