Tubby Smith has reportedly agreed in principle to become the new head basketball coach at Memphis.

The Red Raiders (19-13, 9-9 Big 12) are fresh off of their best season since 2007, posting a 9-9 record in the Big 12 and earning a bid to the 2016 NCAA Tournament.
