Texas Tech upends No. 9 Kansas, 84-65

LUBBOCK, Texas - Alan Voskuil had nine 3-pointers and scored a career-high 35 points to lead Texas Tech to an 84-65 upset of No. 9 Kansas on Wednesday night.
Voskuil, who was playing his final home game, was 9-of-14 from beyond the arc as the Red Raiders (13-17, 3-12 Big 12) ended a six-game losing streak.

Texas Tech never trailed and fended off several comebacks by the Jayhawks, who got as close as 43-41 in the second half.
Despite the loss, Kansas (24-6, 13-2) clinched at least a share of the Big 12 regular season title, its fifth straight and ninth in the conference's 13 seasons.
Sherron Collins and Marcus Morris both scored 11 points for the Jayhawks, who moved into the top 10 for the first time this season on Monday.
