committed to Texas Tech in May and has remained solid to the Red Raiders ever
since.
WHAT'S NEXT?:
Cibolo Steele knocked off previously unbeaten Converse Judson 20-13 on Friday. In the month of October, the Knights have given up a total of 23 points, while averaging 37.5 points per game. Cox-Wesley has roughly 30 catches this season for eight touchdowns. With a bye this week, Cox-Wesley is looking to make it to Lubbock for the Oklahoma State game, which would be his first visit to Lubbock since the summer.
IN HIS WORDS:
"I'm trying to go to the game coming up this weekend. I believe they are going to get the win, I strongly believe that, it's going to be a fun game to watch too, it's going to be exciting."
OUR REACTION:
Cox-Wesley and the Knights are having a banner year for the program, and they're looking to make a state championship push in the coming months. The Red Raider coaching staff has to be pleased with the way the wideout has been performing this fall after a great showing at their New Braunfels camp over the summer, too. Now, it's about making sure they get him in on a visit this weekend. -- Will McKay
