Reaction from Tide's 2012 class

The majority of Alabama's 2012 recruiting class was in attendance for the Tide's clash with LSU, and all of them came away with the same impression: the atmosphere was crazy.

CB Geno Smith - Atlanta, Ga.
"It was a great game. It was a great atmosphere, and I enjoyed the game a lot even though it was a tough loss. It was a fun game."

"For the Walk of Champions, it was packed. There was so many people there, a lot more than I'd ever seen, so that was one thing that stood out. The noise at the stadium just increased 10 times when they ran out and when they kicked off, so that was pretty cool."

"I talked to most of the committed guys. As for the uncommitted guys, I talked to Eddie Goldman and Jordan Jenkins. I was really just asking how their visits were going and how they were liking the atmosphere, and they both said they liked it a lot.
"I feel like Jordan Jenkins is definitely into Bama a lot, and I know Goldman has them in the top three. I feel good about Jordan Jenkins."

LB Reggie Ragland - Madison, Ala.
"The visit went good. I hung out with Jordan Jenkins, Eddie Goldman, Ryan Anderson, Tyler Hayes and a whole bunch of folks. Once the game got started, everybody on the field was pumped about the game. Everybody wanted to get in and play."

"It was so hard to talk to people. It was that loud on the field, so I had to get up in people's faces just to talk to them. I know once the game got started, it was hard for the guys playing the game to even hear."

"I was trying to get both of them (Jenkins and Goldman) to come to Alabama. Jordan and I talk on Facebook all the time, and I'm trying to get him to come down. I could tell Eddie was just like 'wow' about the crowd and stuff, and I think he liked it down there."

LB Ryan Anderson - Daphne, Ala.
"It was fun. It was a great game. Man, (the atmosphere) was crazy. They were loud in there."

On T.J. Yeldon: "He went down on his own. I didn't go with him, but I haven't talked to him about it yet."

ATH Tyler Hayes - Thomasville, Ala.
"It was good. I had a real good time. We just hung out at the athletic complex and went to the game and stuff. It was a fun game to be at. (The atmosphere) was insane. I talked to Reggie (Ragland), Ryan (Anderson), Brandon (Greene), most of the guys in this class."

DL Dakota Ball - Pepperell, Ga.
"Man, everything was good until overtime. (Bryant-Denny Stadium) was crazier than it's ever been, well, that I've ever seen. It was the loudest. The defense played great. I talked to Coach (Kirby) Smart before the game."

K Adam Griffith - Calhoun, Ga.
"It was good. (The atmosphere) was just crazy. I felt bad for (the kicker). I really have no idea. I mean, I'm sure I would be nervous if I was in that situation. I don't know. It's hard to imagine being in that situation."
