Running backs a priority in 2013

The running back position will be a high priority for the Razorbacks' 2013 recruiting class, and they've already wrapped up a good one in Katy (Texas) Cinco Ranch tailback Jamel James.

James, 5-10, 221, 4.45, picked Arkansas over Texas Tech while visiting the Hogs' junior-senior prospect camp on July 16. He piled up 1,278 yards and 16 scores as a sophomore and is off to another fast start this fall, having rushed for 255 rushing yards and 2 touchdowns on 32 carries (7.9 avg.) through his first two games.

James said on Monday that several schools, including a pair of big ones, are looking past his pledge to the Hogs and are still trying to earn his services for the class of 2013...
