Three-star Las Vegas, Nevada standout Billy Winn recently made his first official visit, taking in last weekend's Texas Tech/Baylor game. Apparently the trip was a success for Billy and his dad.

The game-day atmosphere left a favorable impression on Winn as well.

Despite enjoying the visit, Winn did not commit to the Red Raiders.

Among those options are Arizona State, Washington, Oregon, Boise State, and others.
