IRVING, Texas -- Monday's Big 12 meeting between commissioner Bob Bowlsby and the league's 10 athletics directors was based in the hypothetical world. Tuesday's meeting set the groundwork for things that will definitely impact Texas Tech and the rest of the conference as early as 2014.

After revisiting the conference expansion talks from Monday to kick off the day, the Big 12 party worked through future bowl game locations and conference scheduling parameters to go by in future seasons.
