Wesson (Miss.) Copiah-Lincoln C.C. offensive center Stone Underwood had a pretty good idea that an offer could be forthcoming from West Virginia heading into this weekend's official visit. But that didn't do anything to damper the excitement when he actually got the word.

"I'm very excited about it," he said. "Coach Bill Bedenbaugh called me into his office before we left for the airport and he was telling me how much they needed a center and they were going to offer me."
