This summer Pearland, Texas, 2014 linebacker Justin Phillips picked up his first offer when Oklahoma State stepped forward to extend a scholarship.

The offer came on the heels of a standout sophomore season and summer camp performance which caught the attention Cowboys' defensive coordinator Glenn Spencer. The Cowboys were not the only ones keeping a close eye on the 6-foot, 215-pound defender though, and recently he received his second BCS offer.
