The annual Ahwatukee Bowl between Phoenix Mountain Pointe and Phoenix Desert Vista was tied at halftime at 21-21 after an offensive explosion that saw each team score three touchdowns, two each of 25 yards or longer. During halftime the game seemingly went from s shoot out to a struggle to just survive.
