Clairton (Pa.) defensive end Desimon Green committed to Pitt over the summer, but appeared to be wavering throughout the fall, often saying that his commitment was not a done deal. So when the news was announced that Dave Wannstedt was resigning as head coach of the Panthers, Green's uncertainty became certain and he decommitted.
