The Houston Cougars have gone on a tremendous tear through the 2011 recruiting class adding five commitments in the last 11 days. The most recent of which is Joey Mbu a 6-foot-3, 300 plus pound defensive tackle from Richmond that absolutely loves the Cougars. Earlier today, Mbu saw a dream he had held on to since his early teen years come to fruition.
