Folkston may not be a city most can pinpoint on map of Georgia, but college coaches are very familiar with Charlton County. Charlton has been a pipeline for great talent for many years and Chris Milton is the top guy from Charlton County High School for 2011. Milton is getting a lot of attention from top programs including Georgia Tech who recently gave him an offer.
