The Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets are targeting the talented East Hall High School duo of Sterling Bailey and Chaz Cheeks and their recruitment got a little more serious on Monday afternoon, as the second member of that tandem got his Georgia Tech offer. Cheeks has been waiting for a Tech offer since visiting the campus a few weeks ago with Bailey for the Tech-North Carolina basketball game.
