Sleeper Houston-area DT gaining attention

AggieYell.com The Houston area produces more than its fair share of college prospects year in and year out. With recruiting starting earlier and earlier as of late, many players that emerge during their senior years are sometimes the victims of the numbers game as many schools have already filled up their classes.
Sugar Land Kempner defensive tackle Mike Jones finds himself in just that situation. A unanimous all-district selection on a Class 5A playoff team this year, the 6-foot-3, 255-pound defender had a big season. He is starting to get the attention, though, as colleges are looking to fill their final spots in the class of 2010.
